Client Agreement Section

I, (your name here) agree to pay $35/life coaching session to Leah Marshall. I understand that the results of my life coaching experience are dependent upon my diligence and efforts and that there are no guaranteed outcomes.

I understand that life coaching is not intended to treat or diagnose any mental or physical illnesses.

I agree to the Cancelation and Rescheduling policy that states that failure to show up for an appointment or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a $20 No Show Fee. If I am more than fifteen minutes late to an appointment, the same $20 No Show Fee will apply and I may or may not lose my appointment spot.

I understand that I have no obligation to continue Life Coaching services. I may terminate coaching services for any reason.

I understand that Leah Marshall reserves the right to terminate coaching services for any reason.

I agree to be respectful and courteous in all my interactions with Coach Leah Marshall.

Coach Agreement Section

I, Leah Marshall, agree to do my due diligence to provide quality coaching services to (client name).

I agree that my client has the right to terminate coaching services at any stage of the coaching process and that no fees will be charged to the client outside of the agreed $35/life coaching session and/or the $20 No Show Fee described in the Client Agreement Section above.

If I am more than fifteen minutes late, OR if I must reschedule an appointment after the aforementioned 24 hours before the start of the appointment, ONE free coaching session will be offered to the client as compensation.

I reserve the right to terminate coaching services to any client, for any reason.

I agree to be respectful and courteous in all my interactions with (client name).

I agree to do my due diligence in protecting the confidentiality of my client and their information. I do not share or sell my client’s personal information.

ALL interactions will be kept confidential except in cases where I am legally obligated to share information with the proper legal authorities. I HOLD MYSELF TO THE SAME STANDARDS AS A MANDATED REPORTER.
